Can I pick up my equipment the day before?
Yes, you can pick up your equipment from us the day before from 2 p.m.
Unfortunately I can’t come skiing. How do I cancel my reservation?
You can easily cancel your reservation in your Customer account. Alternatively, you can send your cancellation request to email@example.com with your reservation number (IAT....). If you have paid in advance, the money will be refunded automatically. There are no cancellation fees.
How do I reserve a specific model?
In addition to the rental classes (Economy, Premium, Superior), you will also find specific models in the product overview that you can reserve directly. If this is not the case, you can simply leave your wish in the comments field after completing the reservation. Our RENTertainers will do everything they can to prepare your desired model for you.
How can I book the depot?
As part of your online reservation, you can select a depot and reserve it for rental equipment. If no more spaces are displayed online, this means that all depots are already occupied. In this case, contact us directly in the store to find out whether any depots are still available. You can find the contact details under the menu item “Locations”.
What’s the difference between Economy, Premium and Superior?
Our Economy skis are solid all-mountain models that guarantee lots of fun on the slopes, especially for beginners and children. For advanced skiers and riders who set a lot of store by their equipment, we recommend the Premium rental class. These ski models are one quality level higher and impress with excellent material, ingenious designs and skiing pleasure. With Premium and Superior, you also have the option of changing the model free of charge after a few runs and thus trying out different skis. The Superior class, with our high-end skis, is one step up again. Top models from Atomic or skis from the luxury brand Stöckli await you here, for example. If you’re unsure, let your gut decide when booking online. Our RENTertainers are guaranteed to find the right skis for you with a few questions.
What percentage discount do I get for an online reservation?
The best thing to do is to make an online reservation. The possible discounts will then be displayed immediately.
Is my equipment insured?
Yes, your equipment is generally insured against breakage and theft. For example, if your ski breaks or is stolen, you will have to pay an excess. You can get more detailed information from us in both stores.
Can I also pay in the store?
You can also pay for your reserved equipment when you collect it from the store. Please note, however, that paying online saves you money and the trip to the cash desk on site, which means you can get to the slopes faster.
The adolescent discount is not showing?
The discount for ski and snowboard equipment for adolescents up to 14 years (they only pay 50% of the adult price) is not shown separately. The price shown is already 50% of the adult price.
The children’s discount does not work?
The children’s discount for ski and snowboard equipment only applies if both parents are also hiring equipment and the children are 10 years old or younger. Please complete the Family Check-In and check in the online profiles that the salutation of both adults is “Mrs” and “Mr”. Then add the parents’ equipment to the shopping basket. You can then add free Economy skis and boots for your children.
Which rental class suits me?
Basically, skis in our Economy class are solid all-mountain skis that guarantee you lots of fun on the slopes. If you attach a lot of importance to the material, then we recommend the Premium rental class. The ski models in the Premium rental class are one quality level higher and impress with excellent material and ingenious design. The Superior class of our high-end skis is one step up again. If you’re unsure, let your gut decide when booking online. Our RENTertainers will find the right skis for you with a few questions and you can change the model within your rental class at any time during your rental period free of charge or switch to another one (valid for Premium and Superior skis).
Can I exchange shoes and boots if they don’t fit?
Anytime! If you notice on the slopes that your shoe or boot is pinching, then please come back to our store. We’ll change it to another model and won’t let you go until you feel completely comfortable. After all, we want you to have fun on the slopes.
Can I change my reservation?
You can always change your reservation in good time before your first rental day. To do this, log in with your customer account and navigate to “My reservation”. There you can change your rental period, correct the boot size, change the rental location, add new products, cancel a person, etc. If you have any questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
