INTERSPORT GUARANTEES
We guarantee the following:
If you aren’t happy with it, we’ll exchange it.
If an item does not meet your expectations the first time you use it in practice, we will of course exchange it without any fuss. The exchange guarantee covers the first 14 days from your first use, but a maximum of 2 months from the date of purchase. The exchange guarantee is provided by the INTERSPORT retailer where you purchased your product. The legal warranty is not limited by the guarantee.
The exchange guarantee includes the exchange of the product that doesn’t meet your expectations for an identical or at least equivalent product. In the event of a warranty claim, please contact the INTERSPORT retailer from whom you purchased the item. The exchange requires the return of the unsuitable product and the presentation of the purchase receipt.

If, contrary to expectations, your sales consultant does not meet your expectations, please contact the local store manager.
